Yes, Orange took on the Brussels 20 km again - and we’re still on a runner’s high!
June 9, 2026
On 25 May, the heart of Brussels beat a little faster. And so did the hearts of almost 100 Orange Belgium colleagues. Like previous years, we were a bunch lining up for the iconic (and again sold-out) 46th edition of the Brussels 20 km. Some ran, some walked, all of them wore the same bright Orange T-shirt, same big grin and mindset: move together and do good together.

The extra mile for SOS Kinderdorpen/SOS Village d’Enfants
This year again, every step supported SOS Kinderdorpen/SOS Village d’Enfants. Before the start, participants were welcomed at the organization’s gathering point to grab a drink or snack and soak up that pre-race buzz. After the finish, it became a celebration spot where flushed faces, medals, group pics, tired legs, big smiles could be shared.

Orange’s running crowd
And even if colleagues make their way down the stairs today on sore, stiff legs … the runner’s high doesn’t stop after the Brussels 20 km. All year long, the Orange Belgium running crowd finds each other in our online running community sharing tips, cheering on beginners and setting up spontaneous lunch or after-work runs. Because at Orange Belgium, wellbeing isn’t limited to a single event. It’s something we build together throughout the year. No hardcore training regime, no pressure – just colleagues hitting the pavement together whenever it fits.

"Supporting a good cause through the Brussels 20 km demonstrates how Orange combines business success with social impact. This meaningful challenge was about so much more than sport. It brought colleagues together and is a great example of how we turn our values into action."
- Nadia Jacob, Go To Market & Category Manager

"Orange’s presence at an iconic event such as the Brussels 20 km demonstrates that we care about what matters both in society and to our employees."
– Ariane Chan, Open Innovation Expert
