Orange made chocolate!
A little while ago, we launched a questionnaire to help us get to know our talented colleagues even better. We quickly discovered that many of our people have a sweet tooth, so we gave a lucky few the chance to attend a chocolate workshop with renowned chocolatier Dominique Persoone.
After a brief introduction, we were given an apron and a chef’s hat. Dominique then walked us through the atelier's operations. Then came the best part: tasting delicious pralines. Dominique explained us how he makes each of his "signature" pralines; what a treat!
Following the tasting, we began working with the world-class chocolate using a ladle and Dominique's expert hands. It was a wonderful moment of connecting with each other. After our tasty creations had cooled, we took them home with us, along with unforgettable memories.
