Impressive survey results confirm Orange’s status as a fantastic employer
Orange recently sent out an employee engagement survey to all of its colleagues. The employee engagement score is an excellent way of measuring how employees feel about their company. After analyzing the data, we are happy to share that we identified a very strong #ProudtobeOrange feeling that continues to grow and has exceeded all of our expectations.
Now let's take a closer look together at some of the survey's most striking figures!
Numbers that make us #ProudtobeOrange
With a global participation rate of 68%, we doubled our employee engagement score over the past 2 years to a staggering 49 (scores may vary from -100 to +100)! Very impressive when you consider that we spent more time working from home than at the office. In addition, 92% reported feeling #ProudtobeOrange, highlighting that Orange is a ‘caring employer’ and that a ‘positive team spirit’ is felt everywhere. Furthermore, 80% of participants indicated that they feel supported by their work & team environment. Overall, we conclude that Orange is ‘a great place to work’, something that’s made possible by our amazing people.
While we would like to thank everyone who participated in the survey, we would also like to share with you this great animation of our impressive figures.
Enjoy!
