Take care of yourself. Orange does too!
October 24, 2025
Feeling good, having energy and staying sharp in both body and mind: it’s just as important as reaching your goals. Because when you feel great, you can grow to your full potential. That’s what we focus on at Orange Belgium. Not just once a year, but every day. And in October, that focus takes center stage during our annual Wellbeing Week: full of workshops, inspiration, and… our colleagues themselves.
Fully charged batteries for October
Under the name Zest Your Wellbeing, we’re getting our colleagues moving (again) – literally and figuratively. Workshops, inspiration sessions and wellbeing activities on topics like coping with change and stress, regaining energy and focus in a digital world and building healthy habits. But also dancing, exercising, laughing, relaxing. All together.
How we do it
Instead of theory sessions, we focus on real-life situations and short exercises that can be applied right away. Whether at work or during a break. We approach wellbeing the way it exists in real life: as a balance between body and mind. Colleagues learn how to stay grounded when things are changing fast, and how even the smallest habits can create lasting energy.

Experiment away
Wellbeing is also about creating space: to experiment with better sleep, a realistic exercise routine, clearer digital boundaries, or planning around your natural energy instead of just your calendar. Teams make small agreements that strengthen focus and managers practice what genuine attention looks like in everyday work. This way, wellbeing becomes something we do together, not just another item ‘you have to attend’.

Colleagues sharing their spark
What makes this year’s edition extra special is that our colleagues helped shape the programme. Under the motto “share your energizer”, everyone was invited to share their passion: from a line dancing class (yeehaw!), to creating surprise gift boxes to brighten someone’s day. For colleagues who weren’t able to join, wellbeing backpacks were prepared so they could take part later, at their own pace.

So, what did we learn?
From breathing techniques to leadership and digital disconnection: the programme was intentionally diverse. Some colleagues took an hour off to join, others led a session themselves. Over the next few weeks, sessions will continue and we’ll gather insights: what worked, what gave people energy, which small habits had the biggest impact? We’ll share these best practices later this year, so the energy of Wellbeing Week keeps flowing. Because wellbeing isn’t just one week. It’s a daily choice we make together, to feel recharged, resilient, and ready to reach your full potential. That’s the standard we set at Orange and one we live up to, every day, with all our colleagues.
