Secure your place in boldness – Apply now for the Orange Graduate Program
February 10, 2026
Every big dream needs a bold start. That’s why Orange Group designed a three-year international trainee and young professional program for recent graduates who are ready to accelerate their careers and take on responsibility. The program is not about applying for a job, it’s about joining a dynamic journey that will challenge you and open doors.
Participants work on projects that shape the future of digital connectivity, gaining hands-on experience, international exposure and ownership from day one.
The program is designed for students finishing their studies in 2026 or graduates who obtained their master’s degree within the past three years. You speak fluent English, have a strong interest in technology and innovation, and are eager to take ownership? This international work experience program is for you.

Dream big, then make it a reality
Learning by doing is at the heart of the program. As a graduate you are trusted with real responsibilities and supported by mentors and international teams, opening doors to long-term career opportunities.
As an Orange Graduate you can start in any department, contributing to digital transformation while strengthening local teams and building a sustainable talent pipeline. The program allows you to discover the company in all its facets, from the field to strategic functions and to build a career aligned with your desires while creating real impact.
Over the past five years, Orange Belgium has welcomed around 20 graduates across the organization, and they confirm: you do not enter a box — you create your own trajectory:
“The program is tailored to your profile, allowing you to design your own learning journey. It has shown me that I can achieve anything I set my mind to, career-wise.”
— Bailey Aaron, Machine Learning Engineer at Orange Belgium since January 2026

“The power to shape my own career direction, combined with endless opportunities to grow skills, knowledge and impact within the Orange ecosystem: that’s priceless.”
— Pierluigi Pelliccia, Innovation & Start-Ups Project Manager at Orange Belgium since October 2024

As a final tip, Bailey encourages you to be yourself throughout the application process:
“Orange looks beyond what’s written on your resume. Show who you really are. Be creative. Be authentic. Enjoy the process!”
Ready for takeoff?
Applications for the Orange Graduate Program are open until March 6th, 2026.
