Feeling good at Orange

Orange wouldn’t be Orange without its fabulous team members who give their all every day. That’s why we pull out all the stops to ensure they feel good at work. How? By keeping their body and mind in tip-top condition. On 23 September we kicked off two packed weeks of inspiring wellbeing activities and workshops.
A healthy mind in a healthy body
Of course, wellbeing is a broad concept. It means going to work every day with a spring in your step and enjoying your job. But it also means working in an environment where you’re respected and valued, and where you get the time and space to develop to your full potential. This is incredibly important to us at Orange, and we boost it with our wellbeing initiatives.
Our concern for your wellbeing doesn’t stop when you go home: we want our employees to still have plenty of energy for their families, hobbies and personal goals after their working day! A good work-life balance is something we strive for 100%.
From stress management to laughter yoga
We got the ball rolling with a mix of activities and workshops to stimulate both mental and physical wellbeing. Regardless of age, job title, family situation or interests, there was something for everyone. For example, employees learned how to better deal with pressure at work, discovered how to keep stress under control as a parent, and were offered advice about ergonomics in the workplace. They laughed their stress away in laughter yoga sessions, and even enjoyed some delightful massages. Those who were unable to attend due to their working hours or job were given an invigorating welfare package to take home.
A year full of wellness boosters
But that’s not all! Over the coming year, we are launching a range of other initiatives, like a digital detox, or help with quitting smoking. Because at Orange we want to give everyone the keys to optimal well-being #ProudToBeOrange
